If you are experiencing any issues or crashes with Puzzle Maker, you can send us the log files. In these log files, we record information such as what the app is currently working on and which parameters have been set. This can help us understand why crashes are happening.

Puzzle Maker has several log files. On Windows, you can find the log file under:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\[Realities.io](<http://realities.io/>)\PuzzleMaker\

You can copy and paste the path above into your file explorer, and it should open the correct folder. %USERPROFILE% is the short form for C:Users\[your user name]\. If you want to navigate there manually, keep in mind that AppData is a hidden folder, so you will need to enable viewing hidden items in your settings.

Above is the log file for the Puzzle Maker app. For the calculations that create the puzzle pieces during processing, there is another set of log files. You can find them under:

%USERPROFILE%\.puzzle-maker\logs

This folder contains an entry for each puzzle you processed. The oven log file is the most important one, but if you are sending it to us, please send all the log files.
